Driving along the way to the RIVIERA , we wondered if this time things at the hotel would be as good as the previous ones.And yet it was better! We are a family of 6 and we booked 3 superior rooms on the north side of the main building late August ,for a week. Τhe rooms were spacious, very bright, the air conditioning was perfect and the cleanliness was exemplary The gardens, all the outside areas, the lobby, the pools, all well-kept and with the constant care and presence of the hotel's kind employees. Extremely warm wellcome from the front desk staff, efficient and fast check out. The variety, the quantity, the alternative but mainly the quality of the food beyond any possible competition The service provided to the guests is top notch At the risk of offending someone, I wish to mention some outstanding members of the staff by name , who made our stay unforgettable : Popi Liloy , who cleaned our rooms. Always with a smile, above and beyond her duties Stefanos at the beach, excellent service, my 4 children went downstairs a morning , there was no chair available, he went upstairs, brought them chairs and cold water ! Thanasis and Ioanna at the main restaraunt what a twin! they were everywhere and they served fast and polite everyone! Konstantinos at the front desk : polite, smiling, I wish him the best ! How pitty , i don't have 6 stars to give! Thank you RIVIERA , `till the next time !
