Everything was perfect. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view. The parking lot is a bit small, but you can park easily around the back. The only thing I'd like to point out is that we didn't have breakfast, although the website indicated it could be booked there. The shower is a bit narrow, and since the curtain doesn't reach all the way down, some water spills out.

It is located in the quieter and more secluded village of Kastraki than Kalambaka, and the Meteora Monastery is just a short walk away. All the staff were very friendly and made my stay comfortable.

Very nice hotel
There is a balcony with a great view outside.
There is a parking lot, but it's a bit winding. It took me a long time to find it the first time. The front desk can speak English, which makes communication easy. There is breakfast with a wide variety. There is a small supermarket, restaurant, and coffee shop at the door, which is very convenient.

Soundproof is very bad. I can hear someone talking clearly in the next room. Breakfast is average level. Front desk and staff off work after 9pm, it’s hard to reach out to them in the night in case you need help.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Location is near the monasteries that we plan to visit. Our room has a balcony and a nice view. There's also a lift in the building, so we don't gave to climb the stairs with heavy luggage.
It has a wide variety of breakfast spread.
We arrived earlier than check in time, around 2pm, there's no one at the reception. We went back after lunch and were able to check in. Maybe we should have informed them that we are arriving earlier than 3pm.

Albergo vecchio, pessimo servizio, stanza piccolissima con letti indescrivibili. La colazione era praticamente immangiabile. Consiglio di evitarlo. Il personale poco disponibile, la Wi-Fi lentissima quando c'era e l'aria condizionata non funzionava.

The hotel looks nice enough on arrival but we were disappointed with ROOM 311 Shower cubicle should have had two doors but one was missing. It meant it was difficult to have a shower when you had to make sure water didn't spray into the bathroom! I mentioned this to the receptionist, she was aware of it but they should have put us in a different room surely. She didn't apologise and just said, yes it was broken and they were awaiting a new door! Also soap dispensers we're empty in the shower and sink. Good job I had some in my toilet bag!
