Luxe uitstraling maar weinig sfeer. Wij kregen een update naar de mini suite met ligbad, iets grotere kamer en zitbank. Alles keurig schoon. Nu kijken wij geen televisie maar de televisie aan de muur is wel weg klein. Geen minibar of koffie/thee op de kamer. Ontbijt is uitstekend. Masseuse is erg goed. Wat bijzonder tegenviel was de spa. Of je de donkere catacomben inloopt. Bijna geen verlichting, zelfs het zwembad is niet verlicht. Een boekje lezen op een van de 6 ligbedden is onmogelijk, Zo donker is het. Je betaalt hiervoor €10 pp extra en is het geld absoluut niet waard. Overall een 4 ster met uitzondering van de spa.

The hotel was really nice, beds very comfortable and food was fantastic. A little bit out of the city but we didnt mind as we had a car. Parking was easy and free. We paid to use the pool and sauna which was worth it, it was very relaxing. We tried to get a booking was a massage but they were fully booked. Really good stay, recommend it.

Επειδή εμένα με αρέσει το περπάτημα , το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε μια ήρεμη περιοχή με άνετο πάρκινγκ και απέχει περίπου 1.500 μέτρα από το κέντρο της Καστοριάς . Το μεγαλύτερο μέρος της διαδρομής είναι δίπλα στην λίμνη. Εάν και ο καιρός βοηθήσει σίγουρα θα το απολαύσετε .

The mattress was as hard a rock, the air-conditioning didn't work properly and maintained the room temperature at 24 degrees, you had to pay for the pool and gym, the breakfast was not worth having, you had to pay extra for anything such as a late, and the people in reception didn't care when we advised that the aircon didn't work properly - They just told us how to use it

καλό και ζεστό ξενοδοχείο με καλό πρωινό. μεγάλοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι με τζάκι πολυ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, πολύ ωραία και μεγάλα δωμάτια .Εχει εσωτερική πισίνα ,χαμάμ, 2 σάουνες, μασαζ ολα με έξτρα χρέωση.Καλη τοποθεσία.Γενικα πολύ καλό

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμμα, μείναμε στο Esperos Luxury spa στη Χλόη Καστοριάς. Πεντακάθαρο, άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, τιμές λογικές και αισθητικά ο χώρος αξιοπρεπέστατος. Στο spa όλα ήταν τέλεια!!! Συγχαρητήρια και στον επιχειρηματία και στο προσωπικό!!!

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, ευγενέστατο προσωπικό με τρομερή αισθητική. Μείναμε για ένα βράδυ και η εμπειρία μας ήταν καταπληκτική. Το κρεβάτι πολύ μεγάλο και φανταστικό στρώμα. Οι υπηρεσίες σπα ικανοποιητικές, το πρωινό πολύ νόστιμο, η καθαριότητα άριστη. Πολύ καλή εμπειρία!

Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν θα το χαρακτήριζ luxury. Είναι ένα τίμιο ξενοδοχείο και σε κάθε περίπτωση η τιμή που πληρώσαμε εμείς ήταν τίμια. Δεν θα έδινα ούτε ευρώ παραπάνω. Μεγάλο ατού η χρήση του σπα με ελάχιστο κόστος και εγκατστάσεις αξιοπρεπείς και άνετες. Το πρωινό αξιοπρεπές αλλά και αυτό με μεγάλη δυνατότητα βελτίωσης. Ενδεχομένως και μια συντήρηση στα δωμάτια δεν θα ήταν κακό να γίνει. Οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι όμορφοι και μς γούστο. Το προσωπικό στην πλειονότητά τους ευγενέστατο.
