I haven't been able to visit this glorious resort lately due to illness.....so am really looking forward to my visit this May ...... I had a request that I spoke to someone about and it was done without question....that is why I just love this place, If you have never visited Sani Dunes before what have you being doing......if you value complete, perfect service and attention to detail this is the place for you...just love it..

Finally returned to Sani after a couple years away. After growing up here, coming back older and maturer really helped bring back memories. I previously stayed at Sani Port and Sani Beach, so it was a first time at Dunes. I wasn’t disappointed. The pools were pristine. Clean, cool and spacious. The restaurants were amazing too. Breakfast buffet was good with a large selection available. However we had dinner one time at the location for breakfast and the service was ok at best. Language barriers and a confusion over a gluten free dish contributed to this. Luckily the intolerance isn’t serious and the dish was in fact gluten free, however it was confusing. The pool bar is amazing with lunch being great. The private beach is amazing, but the addition of security is good, it helps assure you that bags left on beds are safe. The location in regards to the marina is great as it’s next door. Perfect Will definitely be returning soon. Honestly an amazing place Only point of criticism is the use of plastic bottles but maybe lack of recycle bins. You can buy bottles of water from the cafes and bars. Having recycle bins in more numbers around the hotel grounds will help with the environmental concerns as I know the hotel already works so hard to be eco friendly.

Again in Sani in autumn. Since 1999 we spent many weeks in Sani, in the beginning in the Porto, since years in the Dunes. Again we were excited about the quality of the Hotel, nicely designed rooms, perfect sevice, huge well temperatured pools, incredible variety of restaurants for every taste with exzellent Food - and over all the warmth of Greek hospitality. The actual General Manager Nikos Ozounis and his team keep an amazing standard with a lot of Heart, we appreciate singe many, many years.

The hotel is situated at the most beautiful beach in Chalkidiki , in walking distance from the marina. We enjoy the pools and the sea.. The staff is the heart and the soul of the hotel. So helpful and warm hearted . Thank you all, we will come back. Guests since long time. B und J from Heidelberg

Sani Dunes is nestled in a serene bay with crystal-clear, calm waters and a secluded beach. The hotel is spotless, peaceful, and surrounded by a beautifully landscaped, walk-friendly garden. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. As this is our 2 nd stay at sani we were recognized by some of the staff , which added a personal touch to our stay. We enjoyed the diverse range of restaurants in the Sani area. Our 4-year-old absolutely loved the hotel, as it is child-friendly.

Un très bel hôtel sur une jolie plage. Des services de plage sans aucun point négatif. Une chambre propre et spacieuse. Un couac cependant avec une chambre non disponible malgré notre réservation et la confirmation. Nous avons dû passer la première nuit dans une chambre de courtoisie … Erreur rattrapée par la suite.

Bereits das fünfte Mal waren wir dieses Jahr als Familie im Sani Dunes. Auf diesen Urlaub freuen wir uns das ganze Jahr über, denn im Sani Resort bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Wir sind jedes Jahr aufs Neue erstaunt, wie toll der Service und die Leistungen sind. Das Personal ist an Freundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen, hier wird alles möglich gemacht - wirklich ALLES! Auch wundern wir uns jedes Jahr, wie eine Anlage mit so vielen Blumen und Pflanzen so sauber sein kann. Es liegt nicht ein Blatt im Pool. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und bestens ausgestattet. Das Angebot an Unternehmungen wächst jedes Jahr, so waren wir im Oktober auf einer White Party am Strand und wandern im Naturschutzwald. Von allen Hotels im Sani Resort gefällt uns das Sani Dunes am besten. Auch 2025 werden wir wieder dort sein. Dieses Jahr hatten wir das Vergnügen einen eigenen Ansprechpartner zu haben, den wir per WhatsApp zu jeder Tageszeit kontaktieren durften und der für uns alles möglich gemacht hat. Danke an Panos für den perfekten Rundum-Service. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt: Die sehr lauten und wilden Kinder. In den ersten Jahren war der Adults Only-Bereich auch wirklich dafür ausgelegt. Mittlerweile brüllen und springen die Kinder überall rum, da kann es beim Abendessen auch schon mal sehr laut werden. Unsere Tochter war auch mal klein und uns stört es nicht, wenn Kinder drum herum sind und auch Spaß im Urlaub haben. Allerdings liegt es hier wohl eher an den Eltern auf die Kinder zu achten und manches zu unterbinden.
