We’ve just returned from the most incredible stay at Sani Beach Resort, and I honestly don’t know where to begin. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for the level of service here is truly on another level. A very special thank you to Nikol at the concierge, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. She checked in with us regularly, always with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she even helped us organise a beautiful picnic for our little boy’s third birthday, which made me so emotional. The thought and effort that went into it was unforgettable. I’ve genuinely never experienced service like it. We also want to give a huge thank you to Roman, who made dining with our son’s dietary requirements completely stress-free. He was so attentive and helpful, making sure every restaurant experience was smooth and enjoyable — and even arranged nightly cookies for our son, which was such a special touch. The chefs deserve so much praise too — the food every day was absolutely amazing, but the dairy-free birthday cake they made for our little one was a real highlight. It was beautifully made and so much more than we ever expected. To all the waiters and waitresses — thank you. Every single one of you was friendly, helpful and attentive, and it made such a difference to our stay. Thank you to Vivi in Poseidon, who greeted us with a lovely smile each morning at breakfast and always made us feel welcome. Our room was always spotless and beautifully maintained thanks to Inga & Miranda, who were so friendly and thoughtful. We really appreciated the care they took each day. And lastly, to the wonderful ladies in the spa for being so welcoming, and to Dominique for the most relaxing aromatherapy massage I’ve had — it was exactly what I needed. This trip was so special to us, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make it that way. We honestly can’t wait to come back next year. The only small improvement I could think of was the rooms - the walls are very thin between the room and corridors and unfortunately people aren’t quiet late at night or early in the morning so we were quite often woken up by noise.
