Even though I couldn't understand the language, the power occasionally went out and came back right away. The food was also varied and enriched, and there were different programs in the evening. The attentive service attitude can be felt. The only drawback is that the car used in the hotel is too old and the air conditioner does not cool down.

Very good hotel. Except for the bad road when driving in, everything else is great. They prepared cakes when they knew it was our birthday and sang happy birthday during dinner. Breakfast and dinner were both good. The car battery was dead when we left on the third morning. The electricity was turned on, and the hotel helped to connect it. Thank you very much!

There are not many types of meals, but the environment and service are very good. The reserved room directly faces the sea. The swimming pool is sea water. It would be better if there is fresh water. I recommend this hotel

5 stars for the location, barely 4 for the rest. Beautiful looking hotel, good location, wonderful swimming pool, nice pier and the little islets for the rooms are quite nice. For the rooms it's another story, it may have been a 5 star 10 years ago but not today. Furniture stained and user, ditto for bedding, average cleanliness. Overall it deserves a major renovation to regain 5 stars. We had to ask to change rooms… Average but correct food, a big plus for the Jetty restaurant whose dishes are simply excellent. In short, in summary the value for money is very average, if you have this kind of budget, take another 5 *, otherwise pay less and take a nice 4 * at half price.

Nous avons vécu une horrible expérience lors de notre séjour en Novembre 2024 à l’hôtel Essque Zalu. Dès notre arrivée, on nous accompagne à notre chambre et nous annonce un surclassement. Perplexe, j’appelle la réception et je demande en quoi cela est un surclassement. Ils me disent que nous avions réservé une suite vue jardin et que là nous apercevons un peu l’océan. Or, nous avions réservé une vue océan ! Nous avons attendu 30 minutes qu’on nous change de chambre. En plus de cela, ils nous ont souhaité à plusieurs reprise une joyeuse lune de miel alors que nous ne sommes même pas fiancés. Nous partons dîner, le premier soir, rentrons dans notre chambre et surprise : VOL D’ARGENT dans le coffre fort ! Je préviens de suite la réception. Ils n’ont absolument rien fait, ça leur était complètement égal. Une honte ! Nous avions voulu prendre le petit déjeuner à 7h un jour, l’équipe n’était même pas en place et nous n’avions pas pu manger car nous partions en excursion… je précise cet hôtel est un 5 étoiles !!! Ils nous ont refusé un late check out et nous n’avons absolument rien eu en compensation, je n’ai jamais vu ça de ma vie. Quelle choc vraiment. J’ai demandé une crème corps, celle ci a mit 2h15 à arriver dans la chambre 😂 et je ne mens pas exactement 2h15. Heureusement, la cuisine était bonne. Et nous avons fait de belles excursions ( pas avec l’hôtel bien sûr ). Ne venez pas dans cet hôtel vous allez perdre votre argent. En plus il mérite une tonne de travaux… la piscine est moisie à l’intérieur il y a du vert partout 🤢 c’est affreux. J’ai oublié de préciser que les chambres sont grandes. Il y’a beaucoup de beaux hôtels à côté. N’hésitez pas ! Ne vous arrêtez pas ici ! Le personnel n’est même pas sympa. Nous sommes vraiment déçus et tristes de cette mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel.
