Zarezerwowany pokój z widokiem na morze, dostaliśmy pokój z widokiem na ogród. WiFi praktycznie nie działa, śniadania bardzo słabe kawa niedobra. Ale na plus cisza i spokój bardzo dobre obiady i kolacje. Donoszenie drinków do leżaków, bardzo dobre drinki, napoje przekąski. Sklepik z pamiątkami drogi, ceny zaczynają się od 4 USD wzwyż. Plaża cudowna, piękny biały piasek jak gips, nogi się nie zapadają… psują wszystko miejscowi, Masajowie, nagabujący co chwilę, trzeba czuwać aby móc wejść do oceanu. Sa bardzo mili ale kończąc rozmowę z jednym podchodzi 5 kolejnych co jest strasznie irytujące. „Ochrona hotelu” sobie z tym kompletnie nie radzi lub nie chce radzić. Obok hotelu z jednej i drugiej strony czeka po 60 osób gotowych wziąć Cię na rafę za 100 USD lub sprzedać Ci bransoletki masaże i wszystko inne. Nie przejdziesz sobie plaża od tak. Jeśli możesz kup buty i idź sam przez wodę omijając ich. Hindusi w hotelu i rodziny stawiane są na 1 miejscu. Jeśli są w restauracji wszyscy obok nich skaczą, Ty na kawę, wino itp będziesz czekał ponad pół h, oni są ważniejsi niż goście. Obsługa nie ogarnia stolików. Nie wiem jak ten hotel uzyskał 5 gwiazdek. Ogólnie ogród piękny , bary super ale nie odpoczęliśmy…. W ostatnim dniu wyłączono nam dostęp do WiFi oraz aplikacji biura podróży…. Wszystko inne działało więc to nie przypadek… było naprawdę fajnie ale nie przyjechałbym drugi raz. Byłem zobaczyłem i tyle.

Hi, I have sent several emails to the hotel and tried the online chat. I sent a query last sunday asking how you cater for food allergies (for my 15 year old son), but have had no reply. It is a shame as we really want to book a stay with you, but need to discuss this requirement first. I will remove this review once i get a response. I just needed to get your attention. We are over the moon to be at neptune hotel! since we have been here for sure we enjoy our stay, everybody is so warmly friendly, a specially Allen is such a heartwarming person and he made our stay very special! Thank you so much for making our holidays magical! Food, entertainmend, rooms and also the beach is all better then we acceppted! Hopefully we can get back one day :)

Pas digne d un soi-disant 4*. Rapport qualité-prix très médiocre. 2* maximum. Oui on est en Afrique mais alors adaptez le tarif à l offre car là c'est purement une arnaque. Je ne comprends pas comment des gens peuvent mettre 4 ou 5. Pour avoir fait d'autres pays, Madagascar, République dominicaine, Sri lanka, Cuba, Malaisie pour 2 fois moins cher nous étions dans de vrai 4*. Pour Zanzibar un seul 4* le Rui, le reste équivalent à un bon camping et je ne rigole pas. Nous sommes chambre 147 actuellement jusqu'à dimanche et nous avons hâte de quitter cet hôtel. Je n'ai que des photos de la plage, donc je ne préfère pas les mettre cela contredirai mon avis sur l'hôtel. Mais la plage ce n'est pas un hôtel !!

We loved staying at this hotel as an add-on to our safari in Tanzania (organized through Lion World Travel). The room (beachside) was beautiful, the food excellent and all staff without exception were kind and helpful. The facility was clean and very comfortable.

Un magnifique séjour pour la 2eme fois. Merci allen pour ta sympathie et ton service. De supers échanges et pina colada! Chambres 5 étoiles rénovée et restaurants excellents.
