We recently spent four nights at the Gold Beach Resort. From the moment we arrive, the staff was truly exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Originally, we booked a standard room, but upon learning about my mobility challenges (I wear a leg brace), the staff graciously offered to move us to a more accessible room. Additionally, the staff offered me their on-call butler service, which provided me with a wheelchair to move around the resort with ease. This thoughtful service along with the room change allowed me to fully enjoy the resort and made a huge difference in the quality of our stay. While every staff member we encountered was wonderful, a few stood our for their exceptional service: Zakayo, Mussa, and Machimu from the Butler Service were consistently attentive and kind; Ibrahim and Robert at the Kilimanjaro Restaurant made every meal a pleasure with their warm hospitality and chapatis; and Agness from the Healing Earth Spa delivered an experience that was both relaxing and rejuvenating. Their genuine care and professionalism truly enhance our stay. We would absolutely recommend this resort.
