This is amazing place, rooms and staff are fantastic, very close to beach, These lovely people made our holidays unforgetable. Food is amazing, Rooms are cozy and clean, Staff always ready to go extra mile to help you. Highly recomended and 2nd to none.

I did check in late around 7pm ,staff on reception was not professional, slightly rude without reason.We got Moscow apartment,we were informed that AC is not working at the moment but they sorted it in 20 min.Apartment was clean,but condition od it is not great.Refrigirater is not working.In bathroom shower and sink were rusted.From amenity there was nothing.Cleaning of room is on request if you call them.There is huge issue with electricity and water.It will just stop working multiple times during day.Same with wifi.Only helpful staff is working in the Lebanese restaurant that is part of this accomodation,they are nice and polite, friendly.Resturant has issues with AC and obviously flies As part of same hotel we got access to pool and private beach that is 7min walking from Varadero.Beach is nice, they have sunbeds, restaurant,pool not properly secured, couple of people felt down the stairs and hurt themselves. Management not showing any concerns or actions towards solutions. During my stay there couple of people just left immediately after check-in because of water and electricity issues. Property is poorly managed,even though all this things could be sorted out easily. On top of that i Just got confirmation from booking regarding review i didn't post

We spent a week in this lovely place , we enjoyed our stay from arriving till we departed, all was good room and lovely and clean , the garden outside it’s lovely at night , nice and friendly staff , 5-7 minutes far form the beach but still we can get free access to another hotel with sunbed and umbrella
