駅から少しあるので、車がある人向きです フロントと客室棟は別なので注意です。。 3階建てでエレベーターはないです。 トイレは各階に男女別であります。冷蔵庫と電子レンジはありました。1階に男女別の浴室があります。コイン洗濯機もあって長期に良いかもです。客層は出張工事で他県からという感じでした。 部屋は床の絨毯に染みや壁に煙草の染みがありますが、寝て寛ぐには悪くないと思います。テレビとエアコンに電話があります。 脱衣所と浴室はきれいでした。 風呂場は大人3人くらいは入れる浴槽とカランが3つついてます。 ホテルの看板を照らすライトがないので、夜間戻る時発見が遅れると行きすぎたりしました。

It was the worst accommodation facility I have ever used. They are negligent and operate maliciously. On the day of the stay, all the accommodation facilities in the city were reserved for groups, so I made a reservation at this hotel, which was available even at the last minute. I felt uneasy even before entering because it was cheap and the appearance, but aside from the fact that the facilities were old, it was just unsanitary. As soon as I stepped into the building, I noticed miscellaneous things that had nothing to do with the business, and the corridors were cluttered with things. When I checked in, I was asked to fill out the guest book, but it was not a card type, but rather a line on A4 paper, and since my personal information was exposed, I was complained about when I hesitated to write my phone number. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong moldy smell, hair and garbage were on the tatami mats, and thick dust had accumulated on the top of the TV and the power strip, as if they had not been wiped for years. There were clumps of spider webs on the ceiling and walls, and large spiders were moving around, and just being in the space was extremely uncomfortable. It was so disgusting that I cleaned it myself with a vacuum cleaner that was in the corridor. Even so, my eyes stung from the dust when I moved even a little, so I couldn't stand it and asked to move rooms. The staff responded while reclining on the sofa, and did not say a word of apology. The bathroom, dressing room, and washroom were all messy and sticky in places, and it was so disgusting that I used an external bathing facility, which cost me about 1,000 yen extra. Even when I got into bed, my nose itched from the fine dust when I moved, and the space was disgusting, so I couldn't sleep well. I had planned to stay for two nights, but when I asked to cancel the first night the next morning, there was only an elderly man there, and there was no person in charge, so we couldn't talk. Since I had plans from early in the morning, I asked TripAdvisor to handle the rest. Since it was not my convenience but the hotel's problem, I wanted a full refund for the one night I canceled, but after negotiating, they said that they would not refund same-day cancellations. After that, I called them myself, but what was even worse was the response from the woman in charge, Ms. M. She was rude and didn't even treat me as a customer. She hung up the phone several times even though I was still talking, and ignored my calls several times. When she finally answered, she yelled, "We have a customer here now!" and banged the door shut. Aren't I a customer? In the end, I had to just accept it. It was worth the price, but I would never stay here again, even if I was paid. Even after a week, the frustration and discomfort hasn't gone away. I'm sure there will be people who will have unpleasant experiences in the future. I don't recommend staying here unless you're okay with staying out of the rain and dew.
