首先第一次入住體驗感很好，又去了第二次 直接把我氣的，去的時候凌晨一點了，沒有停車位了，我就問前台，我車停哪，前台很冷漠的和我説沒有停車位了 自己想辦法，刷新了我的認知，你不會提前給我打個電話麼，問一下我需不需要停車位，然後我説那我可以退麼，前台直接説那你退吧，身為服務行業一點服務意識都沒有，你要是和我説，不好意思，現在沒有停車位了，您可以停到哪裡哪裡之類的我都不會生氣，大半夜的我來回十多公里就這？保安還好點，還告訴我哪裡可以停車，就是太遠來回折騰，就這服務態度下次再也不會去了。
