感覺很不好。衞生不行，上個房客的垃圾還在房間裏沒有清理；服務不行，不到退房時間就急切的催人退房；設施不行，電視都是壞的，沒法打開，並且房間隔音效果特別差，隔壁呼嚕聲都可以聽的清清楚楚。

房間裏蟑螂到處跑！餐巾紙也沒有。第二天退房後不核銷訊息。害得我在目的地賓館無法辦理登記入住。房間隔音太差！

I had a booking for a room on 8-21-24. I had canceled an earlier date and booked this date. However, they said I couldn’t stay there. They didn’t argue that I didn’t have a reservation and they never said why I couldn’t stay there. I got no sympathy for my plight. I finally took a taxi to a different hotel at a higher price. They did indicate I would get a refund.
