Me and my wife recently stayed at Bird's View Resort in Kasauli from August 12th to 15th, 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience. We booked a Super Deluxe room named Orange, and I must say it exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, well-equipped with AC (though didn't have to use it), and other amenities. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking, offering an awe-inspiring panorama of the mist-covered hills. The weather during our stay was typical of the monsoon season, with a pleasant temperature hovering around 20°C, adding a magical touch to our experience. The staff at the resort were exceptionally cooperative and helpful, with a special mention to Mr. Harish, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His hospitality truly made a difference, and we were impressed by his dedication. The resort is situated in a serene location, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. It also provides ample parking space, which was a significant convenience for us. The food served was good, and we appreciated the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and the entire premises. Reception *** was friendly and cooperative. Although it was nearing 10 pm. Dinner was arranged. Rooms were clean with big balcony. Views from the balcony were amazing. All the staff were very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

Had comfortable stay at hotel bird view. Staff was helpful and prompt. Had good wifi connection and good dth support. It's terrace has mesmerising view of the valley. Overall our stay was satisfying and peaceful.
