Too many stairs, very difficult for elderly people to stay. Should have been mentioned somewhere. Rooms are nothing great. Deff not worth the amount paid. Much better places nearby.

Had a fantastic stay at Kasauli Exotica, Himachal. The location is serene with beautiful views, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The Staff were polite, attentive, and always helpful. Dinner at the Pine Restra in hotel was delicious with a great variety. Everything from cleanliness to hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway in the hills!

Check-in was quick, and the staff was very welcoming. Our family suite was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the hills. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with good water pressure. The hotel has a nice rooftop restaurant . Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of Indian and continental dishes, all fresh and tasty. It’s located in a quiet area but still close to major attractions like Mall Road. Staff were courteous and attentive. Overall, we felt it was great value for the price and would definitely recommend it to families or couples looking for a comfortable stay in Kasauli.

The property and location is awesome. There was a beautiful mountain view from the Balcony of the Valley view room. Food options are also good and we enjoyed meals at their roof top restaurant. This hotel has a play area for kids. Parking space is also available. Hotel staff is professional and very helpful. The Hotel location is only 1.5 km from Mall road and sunset point is also nearby. Liked the Hospitality 😊

It was great stay there. The service of staff is beyond expectation and excellent. View from the room was breathtaking. It is the best hotel to stay in kasauli. Everything was upto mark . Staff was polite and helpful . Location is great and seenable.
