Too many stairs, very difficult for elderly people to stay. Should have been mentioned somewhere. Rooms are nothing great. Deff not worth the amount paid. Much better places nearby.

Washroom- quite small, old towels, geyser should be outside. Room is fine, balcony offers a very good view. Food is good. Service is good. Proximity to mall road is its usp.

Location of the property is good, food was good. Room was arranged nicely but all kits like bathing, dental and slippers were not available at the time of check in however they provided after telling them two three times, fridge was not working. Otherwise staff were good and courteous amenities were good.

Staff is very sincere, valley view room is awesome, food is average, and the uncle who parks the car is a nice person.
