I was there with my daughter and we had amazing time. The hotel put us in the wrong room but the hotel changed the room. Thank you trip.com for the compensation. The room was lovely with an excellent view. The service provided by the hotel was excellent. From the Manager to the reception to the guy who carried our bags..... Even at the restaurant where we had our meals. Excellent food too. They had so many activities and the best New Years eve dinner, entertainment and fireworks. We even stayed an extra night. I plan to visit again.

Great place, very peaceful and serene with lots of trees and manicured grass. The residential suites are quite comfortable and clean. Heated pool !!

I’ve been coming to the GRVL lounge area near the fireplace for quite some time—months and even years—as a resident of Green Park. Each visit has been a consistently positive experience. The staff are always friendly, courteous, and attentive, with a clear understanding of orders and a commitment to delivering exactly what’s requested. The food is excellent—often exceeding expectations. I’d like to specifically commend two outstanding team members: one a staff member, the other a trainee. Charles, a member of the regular staff, stands out for his consistent courtesy, attentiveness, and professionalism. He remembers my usual orders—like eggs over easy with extra butter—and always ensures everything is just right. He goes the extra mile to make sure I feel welcomed and well taken care of. Collette, a trainee, has truly distinguished herself among GRVL’s food and beverage interns. She is polite, timely, and impressively responsive. She adapts easily to any changes in an order, handles special requests with care, and brings a thoughtful, problem-solving mindset to her service. Her friendliness is balanced with professionalism, and she creates a sense of being truly valued as a guest. I would confidently recommend her for a permanent role in service—especially at GRVL. Thanks again—and I look forward to continuing to enjoy the GRVL lounge, especially with servers like Charles and Collette on the team.

The reception is the best and rhe team is well prepared to receive and on board you. Rooms well maintained and awesome food. Best conference rooms too. Well kept grass and awesome activities for teams and groups for families and businesses. Fair and competitive prices.

I really enjoyed the food ，，the pool was awesome，，the staff are very friendly especially Lynn and Belta(Welcoming)the room was very clean and the modern bathrooms were everything. I would really want to came again to this beautiful place once I come back to Kenya.
