The Great Rift Valley Lodge & Golf Resort

I was there with my daughter and we had amazing time. The hotel put us in the wrong room but the hotel changed the room. Thank you trip.com for the compensation. The room was lovely with an excellent view. The service provided by the hotel was excellent. From the Manager to the reception to the guy who carried our bags..... Even at the restaurant where we had our meals. Excellent food too. They had so many activities and the best New Years eve dinner, entertainment and fireworks. We even stayed an extra night. I plan to visit again.

You will have a sense of Kenya's colonial past in the architecture and setting - likr something from a movie - while enjoying all the modern amenities for a perfect relaxing vacation. The property is gorgeous and I loved the golf course, including the amazing wildlife.

My experience in your versinity was the most beautiful and memorable trip i have had not in anywhere else. Your service is a 10 over 10.You should even consider giving them a raise. The rooms where very good.Thank for the good hospitality. Wish you a happy new year.

The staff are very friendly, example Tioko she exemplifies what customer care is all about, very friendly to the customers, polite, timely and very responsive. In the restaurant we have Ben, who is very patient and knows how to serve the customers so well.

This was my first visit to Great Rift Valley Lodge. I really enjoyed my stay at the lodge. We came together with my colleagues for a business building retreat . The retreat was organised by my employer, Galana Energies Limited. We were warmly welcome at the hotel reception . There was a team to show us around I.e the meeting rooms, washrooms, restaurant and lodge. We had a number of team building successful physical exercises (conducted in the ample spaces) within the lodge. In addition we had informative and and interactive indoors training sessions that were supported by your excellent conference facilities. Restaurant services and food were of high standard and I really enjoyed . I have added my body weight as a result of sumptuous food served. The food were healthy and of different variety . My room was nice and tidy. I stayed in room 4171. I got lost when I walked back to the room from reception because there is no signpost indicating where room 4171 is from main road. The Hotel staff were very welcoming and ready to help if need be including security team. Washrooms were clean. I didn't manage to take a walk around the facility because of time but hope to do so next time. Waziri (one of the hotel staff) gave us a very good overview of the hotel services, facilities and health and safety update at the start of the tream building retreat. Purity at reception was at hand to guide us and provide more information about our stay and hotel services and facilities. Congratulations to the hotel for playing your part in environmental conservation. I recommend for organised groups like us , consider tree planting exercise within hotel.
