Staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Kas turned out to be a real disappointment. We had booked a room with a sea view in advance, but in fact we were placed in a room with a view of bushes and garbage bins! This discrepancy with expectations immediately caused indignation, and we contacted the reception with a request to solve the problem. Instead of offering an adequate solution, we were offered to move to a room with a sea view only for an additional fee of 50 dollars. This is despite the fact that the cost of accommodation was already 20 thousand rubles per day. Such an attitude towards customers and an openly greedy approach are simply unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a 4-5 star hotel. We found ourselves in a difficult situation: it was impossible to refuse to check in, since in the middle of the season it is almost impossible to find an alternative, and we could simply be left on the street. The staff was absolutely indifferent and showed no interest in helping, clearly preferring to make money on guests rather than solve the problem. The hotel is absolutely not worth its money, and its work leaves an exclusively negative impression. We will not use this service in the future and will recommend all our friends to avoid both this hotel and TRIP.COM, so as not to end up in a similar unpleasant situation.
