Sterling Karwar

Property is easily located. Check in was very swift. Location by side of kali river with green surroundings. Staff very helpful and cooperative. Rooms good, spacious, clean with an attached balcony. Something we rarely see. Adequate toilletries for the class of hotel. All tourist attractions close by 10-15 min by auto which is the main mode of transport. Railway station is outside city and takes about 20 / 25 min to reach. Restaurant good and prices reasonable.

Sterling Karwar is strategically located very close to Karwar Beach. Loved the property. Excellent service both by Guest Relations at the Reception and House Keeping. Special mention of Paripurna and Vilma both at the Front Office, they have been very supportive and helpful. 5 Star ⭐✨

Sterling karwar is a nice well located hotel. It is not a beach property but well located on the highway. The rooms are near, clean and spacious. There is nice pool and gym. There are no bar facilities the food at the restaurant is good.

Location & Accessibility: Sterling Karwar is conveniently situated right off NH66, making it an easy stop for travelers on a road trip. Finding it on Google Maps was simple, but the hotel’s signage could be better—especially at night. The "Lotus Restaurant" sign is far more prominent than the "Sterling Karwar" sign, making it easy to miss. We initially drove past it, had to ask for directions, and then retraced our route to find it. Parking, however, was hassle-free, with ample space right in front of the hotel. Check-in & Service: The reception staff, particularly Ms. Paripoorna and Mr. Sachin, were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Check-in was completed in under two minutes, which was a relief after a long drive from North Kerala. Rooms & Comfort: The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed linen was fresh and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained with quality toiletries. We had an undisturbed night and a truly restful sleep. Dining Experience: Breakfast was a well-spread buffet with plenty of options, covering all the essentials of a standard breakfast. The restaurant staff were prompt and attentive, ensuring a smooth dining experience. Facilities & Surroundings: The hotel offers several recreational facilities, including a swimming pool and indoor games, though we didn’t use them. A short walk behind the property leads to a serene lagoon-like beach, offering stunning views—a great spot to unwind. Overall: Sterling Karwar is a well-maintained property that offers a comfortable and relaxing stay. With great service, cleanliness, and a convenient location, it provides excellent value for money. Ideal for both relaxation and exploring Karwar and its surroundings.

Good and easy access, clean and affordable and good to refer

Hotel was good, only one issue we faced that make my trip given th check in time 8. 00 to 10. 00 am but hotel could not give us rooms during this time period. Because of this we have to wait for longer time. This means there is communication gap between mmt and hotel for which we are disappointed.
