Excellent resort, it's nature's gift and recommend everyone to visit and hospitality is great

The hotel is located right by the highway and is convenient to access with ample parking space available. I had opted to stay here for an overnight stay enroute to bengaluru from kerala. The disappointment was in the quality of linen - bedspread, pillows and blankets. They were all quite old and badly stained. In-spite of getting them replaced with a fresh set, did not get a comfortable feeling as the stains were still present on the replaced set. Bathrooms were also smelly, though dry. Overall expected better quality basis mm t ratings.

Very limited dining options, no bell boy. Difficult for senior citizen to carry luggage to the reception. No provision for wheelchair access.

The service in the hotel was very poor. The check in time was mentioned as 2. 00 pm but on arrival, there was no responsible staff at the counter. There was no room boys and we were given with the key for self check in. To all of these, no lunch was available at the restaurant. We have to run piller to post for our lunch after driving from chennai all the way. Very horrible service.

Roman full of cigarettes smell. Changed the room. In front of new room also few people came and smoke and left the ask tray. They don’t have any control to advise the customers who disturb others. People drink keeping doors open. Evening they told dinner can be taken there. Last minute they declared no dinner. Forced to go out for dinner. Untrained support staff. Not a good option for people travel-ling with family. Shared all these with hotel owner.
