This hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is nice and free coffee is privided. But it is far from train station.

It's a bit far from the subway station, but everything else is good.

The transportation isn't super convenient, but everything else is great.

I was worried of the quality due to how cheap the booking was. But I was genuinely surprised how neat the building, lobby, rooms and bathrooms were when we got there. The place was convenient and close to the Outlet and convenience stores (by car) I like how comfort inn is very modern too as they have menu/further info that you can access via QR code once you are in the room. Even if you also place do not disturb on your door, you will still receive fresh towels/linens outside your door. Overall it was a pleasant stay. For those wondering, the front desk is 24/7, so you can check out as early as 3am. The only sad thing is I couldn’t bring my pet. I hope they can lift that policy in the future. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The hotel is a bit far from the train station. However there are many parking lots so it is convenient if you drive. The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is good. Is good enough for a short stay.

The hotel is far from Karuizawa Station but relatively quiet. It is suitable for self-driving tours. There are plenty of parking spaces. There are convenience stores and tonkatsu restaurants nearby. The room size is acceptable, the hygiene is good, the price is reasonable, and the cost performance is unmatched in this area.

The hotel is far from Karuizawa Station, push a large suitcase to walk 40 minutes, very strenuous not recommended, self-carriage more passengers, there is a parking lot, there is a bus to and from the station, but only 4-5 a day, and Karuizawa Station back The last train of the hotel leaves at 5pm, and if you miss it, you have to walk around the hotel, there is a Lawson and a barbecue restaurant nearby, and there are more options for eating near the station. The hotel and restaurant staff were very polite, the rooms were clean, and a simple breakfast was included.
