Остановилась с сыном на ночь между рейсами в данном отеле. Ребята, сказать что это очень плохо ничего не сказать. Сам номер маленький, окно выходит не на улицу а в подсобное помещение, в номере душно и нет кондиционера, а при + 28 это было ощутимо. В мусорном ведре в туалете были использованные прокладки и тампоны, унитаз с трещиной, раковина тоже. В ванной комнате нет шторки, 2 маленьких полотенца и 1 большое. Чашка кофейная со сколом, это не допустимо по нормам санпина. На все мои замечания молодой человек ответил: - А что вы хотели это стандартный номер, не люкс. Это то есть отель который заявляет что у него ⭐⭐⭐⭐ звезды может так относится к своим гостям, которые арендовали стандартный номер на одну ночь???? Что это за отношение ? Прошу соответствующие органы обратить внимание в особенности на номера на 2 этаже отеля. Конкретно мой был 230.

Интересное место, в черте города Москва, но в уютном природном уголке. Подходит для комфортного небольшого отдыха релакса в стиле: шашлык у воды с красивыми видами, бассейн/баня/фитнес , небольшие пешие дневные и вечерние прогулки, живая музыка для души - все под рукой и далеко никуда не надо ходить.

Ужасно грязные номера, постельное и полотенца серого цвета, в полотенце клок чьих-то волос, в душе засорен слив и оттуда идет грязь, полы грязные, похоже их не пылесосят никогда. Матрац пролеженный, с ямой.

Не видела такой жести давно. В Москве сложно увидеть такое. Судила по достаточно высокой цене и положилась на фото агрегатора и не перепроверила отзывы на картах Яндекса, там очень весело и все плохие отзывы правдивы. Провонявший и куревом и канализацией отель. Всё худшее из постперестроечных времён. Мебель - отдельный шедевр. Видимо, где-то на вес, как вещи секонд-хенд, закупили самую "разнообразную" мебель из разорившихся цыганских гостиниц. Номер не соответствовал заявленному в бронировании. Пошёл снег и в окне образовался сугроб, тк окна нормально не закрываются. Менеджер, после долгих препирательств, дала номер, но видно было, что дала лучшее из того, что было (спасибо ей за это). Цена номера никак не повлияет на его качество. И если вы ужаснулись и передумали заселяться, денег вам никто не вернёт.

Прекрасное место, отдыхали семьёй. Все понравилось, нам попался чистый и комфортный номер на 5 этаже. Персонал отеля был вежливым и доброжелательным, добавляли позитива этому месту.
Спортзал, бассейн и сауны приукрасили наш визит.
