We booked 2 rooms with extra bed for each via Agoda. We checked in at 8:30 Pm and the reception told us to wait. So we waited at restaurant and we went out for some reason. We came back at 11 pm but the bed isn’t ready. We are dead tired and so much disappointed.

We stayed last week in the palace. It was amazing. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is delicious. Outdoor and indoor games add beauty to the Evening time. And on the top of it staff is very friendly and courteous. Guests relations Aanchal and Aarti are always there to assist with. All and all we enjoyed a lot in the palace. Keep it up. We surely visit again.

Noormahal is a mahal in deed. The rooms, lawn and staff surely makes you feel like royalty. The food is also amazing. And thanks to Mr Satbir, and his team for making this possible. Looking forward to coming back again soon and for longer. Best

Great food at Frontier mail @ Noormahal. Amazing staff and service! Ms. Navjeet Kaur, Mr.Kamal and Chef Narinder ensured great food and service! Will definitely visit again soon! We also celebrated dad’s birthday at Noormahal. Ambience was really good!

The hotel is unbelievably beautiful. Staff is very courteous, especially Anchal. We traveled with a child, who had so much fun. We particularly loved the view from their terrace. The breakfast buffet was delicious, had enough options for everyone.

Room was okay no issue in it food was okay but no network in hotel rooms not only this wi-fi is not working in the hotel, i have called to reception one guy came and said sir i am sending other person but no one came after that i have called 3 times still no response, i have told them i have a conference meeting on skype still they were doing nothing it’s a shame that they are charging 10000 for the room and not able to provide a wi-fi properly i will never recommend anyone to stay here.

Noormahal is a excellent property..All was good.. food was also very tasty. Overall had a awsome experience.. superb heritage property. Value for money. Must visit.... aanchal and ranbir were very helpful.. they made my birthday special and memorable..
