I liked the support staff very much. Very helpful. Like sethuji, parminder, gaurav etc
this is the first hotel where we were allowed to take the complimentary breakfast to our rooms. In the hotels that i visited till now, they don't mind us wasting the food but never allow a morsel to be taken to the room. The front desk staff was also very helpful. I was supposed to check out at 11am. But still they let me stay till 2pm.
