I have never seen a dirtiest room in my life in any hotel . There was no water bottle , ac was not working wel, no tissues , really bad mattress, unhygienic room. There is not a single thing I liked about it, plz don’t ever consider to visit there, it is a really weird place , I won’t even pay 500 rupees if they ask me to stay there. What a pathetic hotel. I couldn’t stay, so I just checkout early and moved to another hotel. Plz sone ever ever plan to stay at this place, you will regret it

During my recent stay, I encountered several issues that I feel compelled to address: Renovation Work: There was ongoing renovation work which was quite disruptive. Staff Professionalism: The staff appeared unprofessional and their service did not meet expectations. Hygiene: The cleanliness and hygiene standards were lacking. Value for Money: Given the current state of the facilities and services, the price did not reflect good value for money. Overall, I cannot recommend this place at the current price point.

Terrible food ! Tastes chemical ! They are selling the Haveli theme . And not the food ! Soo terrible ! Hope they improve someday ! Big NO NO for food lovers , who likes to have local food ! I am so disappointed & dissatisfied! No one there to help inspite of asking to change the food .

Very bad experience, construction is under process, bath room water leakage, tv not working, no wifi, and many many others problem.

They aren’t allowed my friend (childhood male friend) to meet us in our room even they don’t have space to sit reception area because of renovation work going on. I tried to convince reception lady but she told us their policy isn’t permit us to meet friends in room. She insist us to meet outside of the hotel (even weather was very bad in karnal) or reception area which was very dirty at that time. I never recommend anyone to stay that hotel
