I checked in an hour ago and nobody is on reception or contactable by phone at all. Reception is only staffed at limited hours and all you have is an email address. You enter a code from an email, in to a key box, to get your room key. Booked a superior double room and have got a prison like single room. Mouldy, filthy and grubby bathroom. Curtains that don’t cover the whole window. Not what I booked at all. Avoid this place at all costs.

Das Art Hotel Ana in Karlsruhe ist ideal für einen Familienurlaub geeignet. Sowohl die Innenstadt mit dem Schloss als auch der sehr schöne Zoo sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Dreibettzimmer sehr geräumig (2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Fernseher, Bad mit Badewanne). Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass es 24/7 Kaffee/Tee gibt, der im Preis enthalten ist. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
