The room is small but new. The room service is good. But the food is terrible..they feed you unhealthy food and it's very tasteless...for 4 stars it's a complete sadness...the pool is icy...I never got to the sauna..in the evening they sit there in rows. And they don't work during the day🤣I don't recommend it...only people with mobility problems live there because of the proximity to the source

прекрасный санаторий достойная жемчужина в короне карловых вар но самый ценный бриллиант это люди работающие в этом санатории и дарящие нам здоровье и прекрксное настроение поздравляю весь прекрасный персонал санатория с рождеством желаю всем прекрасного здоровья счастья любви и благополучия бывали у вас ежегодно с 2008 по 2013 все очень хорошо прекрасное питание отличное лечение мы любим вас отвсей души

It's good Hotel, good treatment, excellent medical staff, good kitchen but very unpleasant manager Kristina. She has an unequal relation to people. She administer more procedures to former Kazak people who lives now in Germany and gave them every day Gas injections and I came from real Kazakhstan she administer to me just a few procedures for several days. When I pointed for it and asked her to add a little more procedures she refused to do it. When I asked to change my early morning procedures Kristina again refused to do it. I don't understand this discrimination behavior and absence of friendly oriented approach.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich das Beste. Man kann überall hinlaufen, erreicht schnell Restaurants, Läden, Kosmetikstudios etc. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, relativ groß (außer Bad) und Bett bequem. Allerdings ist die Schlafcouch relativ „doof“. Viele Gäste, viele Aufzüge. Die Toilette im Zimmer war etwas eklig. TV gab es nur in einem Zimmer. Keine Minibar, anders wie angegeben. Bedienung des TV sehr umständlich. Service etwas schlecht, Welness-Bereich deswegen nicht getestet. Der Pool/Sauna/Whirpool hat komische Öffnungszeiten! Montags komplett geschlossen, Di-So 11-13 Uhr und 15-20 Uhr. Pool sehr kalt (angeblich 29°, wirkt wie 20°) - nicht gut, sammelt Minus-Punkte. Verdient seine 4 Sterne, auch aus anderen Gründen, überhaupt nicht. In DE wären das ca. 2 1/2 bis 3 Sterne. Frühstück nichts Besonderes. Zwar nicht nicht empfehlenswert aber auch nicht andersherum. Wenn man sich entscheiden müsste, dann eher nicht empfehlenswert!
