For the fifth year in a row, my wife and I spend two weeks in the Olympic Palace Spa Hotel in October and, of course, we notice the changes that have occurred. I'll start with the positive ones - daily delivery of mineral water to your room (with or without gas, at your choice), delivery of a vase of fruit to your room almost every other day, and all this is free. High-quality daily cleaning of the rooms, change of towels, robes and linen has been in place in all previous years and has remained so to this day. The high level of the Spa has been maintained and I would like to note the high professionalism and personality of Dr. P. Vykristenko as well as Spa attendants I. Kempfova and N. Dolezhalova. Senior waiters Martin and David also deserve high professional praise. All of them create the microclimate that makes us constantly return to this hotel. And now, with great regret, I would like to note the very unpleasant things that have happened over the past year. If you arrive at the hotel at 7-8 am or go to the colonnade for water, the lobby greets you with a persistent smell of fried eggs, boiled sausages and many other smells, and this is in a 5-star hotel. The rooms did not have capsule and pod coffee makers, as in luxury hotels, but ordinary electric kettles and bags of instant coffee and tea without smell and taste. The food in the restaurant has deteriorated greatly, it has become simply tasteless and certainly does not correspond to a 5-star hotel. Moreover, during lunch and dinner, the waiters fry meat or fish, which is more than strange. All this upsets us very much and we do not know whether we will come next year to our favorite (that's what we called it) hotel. And lastly, in each hotel room there is a brochure called Join our loyalty program, which describes the benefits of multiple stays at this hotel. We were at the hotel 5 times and did not receive any of the benefits described in the program. This is all just a scam(a photo of this Loyalty program attached).
