The hotel is right in the center, great location, but don't expect parking. A little complicated for those arriving with suitcases and the like. The hotel is quite old and they haven't renovated anything over time. There is little description in German or English on the accommodations. Stone time hair dryer, broken shower, clogged shower cabin, where the water after 30 seconds forms a pond... Quite unpleasant. Super small TV in the bedroom. You can't expect much for the price here, at least courtesy of the staff, but they weren't even kind.

All was good. Yes, the hotel is not new, but the cleanliness and warmth in the room, the friendliness of the staff compensate for this. The breakfast is quite decent.

Das Hotel war vermutlich einmal sehr schön, wirkt inzwischen jedoch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es scheint, als würde kaum noch investiert: Viele Bereiche wirken veraltet oder sind sogar beschädigt, und die Zimmer sind sehr schlicht und spärlich eingerichtet.
Besonders störend war die laute Belüftung im Bad, die durchgehend ein unangenehmes Geräusch verursachte. Zudem roch es im Treppenhaus stark nach Abwasser, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich beeinträchtigte.
Das Frühstück war enttäuschend – die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt, und die Brötchen machten den Eindruck, vom Vortag zu stammen.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist die schöne Lage des Hotels sowie der Ausblick, der wirklich beeindruckt.
Ein weiterer Minuspunkt: Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig. Es empfiehlt sich, sich im Vorfeld zu informieren und – wenn möglich – einen Stellplatz zu reservieren.

Das Bad hat gestunken und die Lüftung war unerträglich laut. Die wenige kosmetik die es überhaupt gab wurde nur einmal während des Aufenthaltes bereitgestellt. Zudem war das Frühstück alles andere als zufriedenstellend.

Es war ein sehr ruhiger und komfortabler Aufenthalt. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Für den Preis kann man natürlich keinen Luxus erwarten, aber für das was man zahlt bekommt man eine durchaus schöne Unterkunft.

Good value and great location
Location is great, price is great. Hotel is dated but we spent most of the day outside anyway. Breakfast has some average choices, good enough to start your day. Karlovy Vary is small so it is walking distance to all turist spots (Thermal pool, Becherovka, Vřídlo….. ) It is about 40 mins walk from KV train station. I stayed in this hotel 4 times and will stay there again
