You have to say, the hotel has some really great pictures. In fact, everything is getting quite old, the carpet in the room is borderline. The cost of breakfast is €27 per person. are absolutely overpriced, you can get a normal breakfast like that in every other hotel.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Wir hatten einen Wasserkocher sowie eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Das Bad verfügte über eine Dusche. Wir hatten Halbpension und das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen waren sehr gut und ausreichend sowie abwechslungsreich. Es gab zum Abendessen kostenlos Wasser, Saft sowie Tee. Zum Frühstück wurde auf Wunsch frisches Omelett zubereitet. Der Wellness Bereich entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen und ist ausbaufähig. Wir sind mit dem eigenen Auto angereist, jedoch empfanden wir 25€ pro Nacht sehr überteuert da es keinen Unterschied gemacht hat ob draußen oder in der Tiefgarage geparkt wurde. Im großen und ganzen hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Positiv: - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön, ruhig und doch zentral (man kann in 5 min. zu Fuß zur Altstadt hinab laufen) - Das Personal ist zahlreich und aufmerksam - Das Zimmer war sauber (aber reparaturbedürftig, siehe unten) - Es gab überall WLAN, selbst im Ruheraum der Sauna Negativ: - Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise reparatur- bzw. renovierungsbedürftig, siehe Fotos - viele kleine Schäden könnte man leicht beheben (defekte Lampen, defekte Armaturen, nicht komplett schließbare Fenster im Speisesaal, Vorhänge die nicht mehr an allen Ösen hängen, kaputte Ceranfeld-Kochplatte am Frühstücksbuffet, …) aber es scheint akzeptiert zu werden. Hier sollte das Management einen stärkeren Fokus legen und auch mal selbst die Zimmer, den Speisesaal und den SPA Bereich stärker kontrollieren. - Parken in der Tiefgarage mit 25 Euro pro Nacht ziemlich teuer - 1 Cappucino kostet im Restaurant 187 CZK, also mehr als 7 Euro, das finde ich extrem teuer

Freundlicher und guter Empfang an der Rezeption. Service an der Bar, im Restaurant und Zimmerservice haben viel Luft nach oben. Der Saunabereich ist in allen Belangen eines 5-Sterne-Hauses nicht würdig. Schaut Euch doch mal die tollen Spa-Bereiche in dem ein oder anderen Hotel in der Schweiz an. Da kann man was lernen. Vor allem architektonisch.
