Ein großes Lob an den F&B Mgr Alex, sein gekonntes Arbeiten mit und um den Gast hat uns sehr gut gefallen, man merkt das Alex seinen Job mit Liebe macht und weiß wie man als guter Gastgeber seine Gäste umsorgt! Er hat unseren Aufenthalt zum Erlebnis gemacht, indem er uns Empfehlungen ausgesprochen hat welche wir dankbar annahmen. Seine Freundlichkeit und hilfsbereite Art hat uns überzeugt, wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank dafür !
Ebenso die freundliche Servicekraft Julia hat uns den Tag beim Frühstück richtig umsorgt und es war uns eine Freude von ihr bedient zu werden, vielen Dank! -Im Saunabereich fehlen Handtücher, unpraktisch diese jedesmal vom Zimmer mitzunehmen.Ein kleinwenig auf die Sauberkeit in den Saunen achten,Tip: die Lüftung in der herbal Sauna.
-das es keine Regionale Spezialitäten gab und wenn auch nur als „Tages- oder Wochenangebot“, wenn man länger im Hotel ist,wird die Speisekarte immer kleiner 😉
-wir sind beide Raucher, und wenn es draußen kalt ist, gibt es kaum windstille Ecken oder eine „geschützte“ Raucherecke.
-ebenso wenn man die Sonne am Morgen genießen könnte, fehlt zumindest ein Stehtisch um den Kaffee und die Zigarette genießen zu können.

Останавливался в этом отеле и столкнулся с рядом проблем. При бронировании я случайно заказал номер на одного человека вместо двоих. После получения подтверждения сразу отправил отелю письмо с просьбой изменить бронирование, но мне отказали и выставили счет на сумму, превышающую стандартную цену в пять раз. В номере было холодно, несмотря на то, что обогрев был включен на всю мощность. На стене была вмятина, кресло было порвано и одна из его ножек была сломана. Ведро в туалете было также сломано. Завтраки были весьма скромными по сравнению с другими трёхзвёздочными отелями. Парковочное место было покрыто льдом, и его никто не чистил. Надеюсь, что руководство отеля примет меры для улучшения условий проживания и обслуживания.

В номере было прохладно, несмотря на то, что обогрев был включен на полную мощность. Также заметил вмятину на стене, поврежденное кресло и сломанное ведро в туалете. Завтраки были скромные по сравнению с другими трехзвездочными отелями. Парковочное место было покрыто льдом и его не чистили. Надеюсь, что руководство отеля обратит внимание на эти проблемы и примет меры для улучшения условий проживания и обслуживания.

Разочарование от пребывания в этом отеле Наш опыт пребывания в этом отеле оказался крайне негативным. Бронировали номер на двоих, но в подтверждении бронирования указали только одного гостя. Когда я связался с отелем для исправления ошибки, нам предложили доплатить сумму, которая была в пять раз выше изначальной цены! Персонал категорически отказался идти навстречу и решить ситуацию. Завтраки совершенно не соответствуют уровню заявленных 4 звёзд — очень скудный выбор, максимум на 3 звезды. В номере ситуация тоже оставляла желать лучшего: сломанная мебель, порванная обивка кресла, вмятина и царапина на стене. Парковка была покрыта льдом и абсолютно не расчищена, что создало дополнительные неудобства. В номере было холодно, несмотря на то что обогреватель был включён на максимум, к тому же он издавал громкий шум, что мешало отдыху. Отель явно не соответствует заявленной категории. Не рекомендую этот отель тем, кто рассчитывает на комфорт и качественный сервис.

Die Hotelanlange ist schön.
Allerdings ist der Service dürftig. Das fing beim Frühstück an und endete am Abend mit den Bargetränken.
Gleiches gilt für den Spa Bereich. Ein Spa Bereich, der Handtücher nur an der Rezeption zur Abholung bereit stellt, ist schwierig. Auch die Massage kann ich nicht empfehlen. Alles ohne Wohlfühl
