Lovely hotel with perfect location in the centre of Karlovy Vary. Very quiet area. Receptionist did not speak English. Breakfast was average. The room was nice and clean. Parking is impossible unless you pay for their private parking space.

Катастрофа, а не отель! Никогда сюда не приезжайте! Наше пребывание в Ambiente (Карловы Вары) превратилось в сплошное разочарование и стресс. Отель совершенно не соответствует заявленному уровню, а отношение к гостям просто наплевательское. 📌 Главные проблемы: ❌ Разбитая сантехника и отвратительное состояние номеров – раковина в ванной вся в трещинах, явно давно повреждена и даже не пытались заменить. Душевая кабина разваливается, двери плохо закрываются, а плитка выглядит так, будто за ней никто не ухаживал годами. ❌ Полный бардак на парковке отеля! Шлагбаум рухнул прямо на наш автомобиль, и отель даже не удосужился взять на себя ответственность! Вместо того чтобы предложить помощь или компенсацию, администрация просто сделала вид, что это не их проблема. Абсолютное безразличие к гостям! ❌ Любые обращения к администрации игнорируются. Все просьбы о ремонте номера или разбирательстве по парковке были проигнорированы. Такое ощущение, что клиентам здесь не рады. Этот отель – позор для Карловых Вар! За такие деньги можно найти намного лучшее место с нормальными условиями и уважением к гостям. Если не хотите испортить себе отдых и настроение, обходите этот отель стороной!

Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Hotel mit absolut fairem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
Der Parkplatz ist leider etwas weiter entfernt (ca. 5 Minuten Gehweg bergauf) und deutlich höher gelegen als das Hotel. Zudem war der Parkplatz nicht geräumt. Wir waren bei Schnee und Glätte vor Ort. Da der Parkplatz leichte Hanglage hat, war es etwas herausfordernd. Für 8 € pro Tag könnte mehr geboten werden.
Das Personal war größtenteils freundlich, die Zimmer modern und sauber.
Die Lage ist ideal, wenige Gehminuten bis zum Stadtzentrum.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend und die Qualität in Ordnung.
Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr fair. (Die Parksituation mal ausgeschlossen)

Alles war super! Obwohl das Hotel mitten in der Stadt ist, war es trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag abwechslungsreich und lecker!

My rating is zero to this spa The rooms are full of dust no prober cleaning. Even the food from last night in the room when they pretend to clean they don’t even take it … No one speaks English and no service after 6 pm .. A hotel that you can’t stay in for one night we requested to cancel the stay but they refused to refund the money and we did upgrade for 2 rooms one of the room the A/C is not working and TV is not working why she took the money I have no idea. They have an attitude They are not nice at all
