The hotel's location is ideal, and the staff is very attentive. We also scheduled massages at the hotel, which we thoroughly enjoyed. A great place to stay!

The facilities were good and the view was nice. I received the spa service, but it's a pity that the time was short, but the child and our couple were satisfied. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but overall it was satisfactory for the price.

Karlovy Vary Film festival is famoust Czech festival and is for the city most important event. When you try to accomodate in this hotel you have to know this. Location is top. Hotel already needs to be renowated it is very visible in bathroom. Cleaning service could be better and tou even will not found bottle of water on your room. Aircondition works on 50 percent and when you expect garage it is not here but relatively far away. And one interesting think. When you would like to go on dinner here you have to pay in advance also when you are hotel guest.

Everything was perfect from the start, the staff was very helpful. We had a very nice room. The spa area was also very nice. If anyone has something to complain about here, he really can't be helped anymore.

Ich fahre ständig in dieses Hotel und freue mich immer, dort zu sein. Sehr gemütliche und komfortable Zimmer. Überall ist es sehr sauber. Leckeres Essen zum Frühstück und Abendessen ,große Auswahl an Gerichten. Sehr aufmerksames, fürsorgliches Personal, das jede Ihrer Wünsche erfüllt. Vielen Dank an die Mädchen an der Rezeption und im Restaurant für den großartigen Service. Es gibt ein wunderbares Café im Erdgeschoss mit Live-Musik. Sehr gute Behandlungen im medizinischen Zentrum und eine ausgezeichnete Thai-Massage. Ich wünsche allen Mitarbeitern Gesundheit und Wohlstand

It was a wonderful place all over - location, service, rooms, interiors, clasically beautiful hotel... suite looking onto courtyard was so nice and comfortable, wide bathroom with gray marble with a calming effect, amazing breakfast... We specifically want to send our thanks to the gentlemen on the reception for his always calm, polite, helpful, and professional manner. It was evident that he cared about his job a lot. Price / return ratio of the hotel is also great. Recommended.
