Beautiful accommodation. Clean. Nice staff. Comfortable beds. Excellent cuisine. Great breakfast. Good coffee. Breathtaking view of the countryside. Bicycle storage option. It's not expensive. Highly recommended even with children. 1 km from Karlovy Vary airport. Whirpool.

We stayed 1 night. Very good bed and good shower. Nice environment. We did choose this hotel because of the EV charging point. The breakfast was not wouw, very basic and no options if you are gluten and lactose intolerant. We arrived at 20h30 and couldn’t have dinner anymore while the restaurant openingshour is till 22h.

I had found this hotel on booking.cz and it had a lot of good reviews so we decided to book there a stay too. When we arrived we had to pay spa tax and the receptionist told us that she will give us our receipt tommorow. We were a bit surprised but we thought that this is the way how they are doing it here. Tommorow there wasnt the same receptionist and was there another one, so we asked her for our reciept. On that record she told us that she doesnt have anything in the system and that we according to the system didnt pay. To sum it up it all ended up well the second receptionist was kind but still this is very unprofessional... So i recommend you to insist on the reciept right away. The breakfast wasnt nothing special but was good. And i really recommend you to go on the hill and watch the sunset ＜33
