Thermal 酒店的前台職員都好專業，樂意幫我們解決問題，入住登記時,已經把所有資料單張給我們，馬上發現原來免費浸溫泉一次2小時，超過要付錢，跟訂房時的資料不同，原來話無限次免費浸溫泉！浸泉的地方在對面半山上，要經過一樓的通道上去，我初時諗住要上樓梯，真的慘呀！後來發現裝有昇降機，裏頭有椅坐，非常舒服，好似坐登山纜車一樣，不過沒有窗，看不到外面景物，半山上的戶外溫泉和泳池非常好，可以望到附近的景色，溫泉設有椅一樣的架，可以躺下來浸，泳池有水力按摩等，開放時間至晚上11點，有充足時間去玩和休息下！室內溫水游泳池和水力按摩池都非常好，可以免費無限次使用。房間設備齊全，有露台，自助式早餐食物非常豐富、美味可口！

Großes Hotel, effizient organisiert. Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Tolle Lage zwischen dem historischen Kurort und der modernen Fußgängerzone. Leider äußerlich eine Bausünde aus dem Sozialismus. Die Zimmer sind nüchtern, aber gepflegt, kein überflüssiger Firlefanz. Tolles Spa (2 Stunden pro Tag inkludiert und gegen geringes Geld unbegrenzt nutzbar). Mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen, erschwinglicher Parkplatz im eigenen Parkhaus. Leckeres und vielseitiges Frühstück. Die Zimmer mit Balkon haben einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt, das lohnt sich sehr! Netter, unaufgeregter, fixer Service. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Great location with a multilingual staff! The free 3-hour access to Saunia is a big plus + the added convenience of an in-house clinic that offers several therapies as well as spa services. The breakfast buffet is very filling and varied. All in all, a very convenient location and hotel stay!
