The breakfast selection is excellent, with tasty options. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The service staff is young, friendly, and multilingual, providing professional and super-friendly service at reasonable prices.

Easy access with car. Close to main roads. Quite new, modern and clean. Nice buffet breakfast.

Quite ok location 5 min drive from Karlovy Vary, easy to park and short walk to nearby park for relax. CheckIn was fast and even earlier, some issues with elevator but those were fixed quite quickly. Hotel room was clean, nicely prepared, with nice shower and even rgb lighting. Housekeeping awesome, managed to break a glass, cut myself and stain the sheet, and their first question was if I am ok and need some medical attention, then changed everything. Private wellness was awesome, big whirlpool with sauna and complimentary cold water (believe me this is not a standard). Little downside are windows everywhere with foils preventing people watching inside, so it feels little open, but you can get over it very quickly. Bar is nice area with comfy chairs and small but nice selection of drinks. Little on the expensive side but with size and taste well worth it. The only drawback was the food. Breakfast was nice, smaller selection but hotel was not that full so it’s expected, but dinners were the problem. Food was bland, bad selection, weird portions and did not taste good. We were given menu 2 days before arrival and picked from that, but ultimately I just ate a small salad and next day ate out. Apart from the food it was awesome experience, lovely and helpful staff, seen whole city, drank hot mineral waters and enjoyed hotel stay a lot!
