The spa hotel is a conveniently located place with a cozy ambiance. The staff is helpful. The spa is small but OK for a refreshing dip into the pool in the afternoon. We had a room on the 4th floor, which turned quite hot during the day. Though the weather was very hot at that time, it cooled down during the night, so it was quite OK for us. Still, we later found out that the hotel offers air-conditioned rooms on the 5th floor for the same price. So make sure to get a room on the top floor. The breakfast offers a variety of different kinds of food. Especially the availability of traditional Czech sausages was the highlight for us. Make sure to reserve a parking lot for your stay. The hotel offers a limited number of parking lots in front of the house. As parking in general is very complicated in this town, you might end up using one of the carparks at the outskirts, if you don't reserve a place. Book your places in advance!

Sehr schönes Hotel.😀 Es hat alles gepasst,Essen, Wellness,Zimmer. Toller Innenpool mit Sauna. Das Zentrum ist nicht weit entfernt für Spaziergänge.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Отличный отель с высококвалифицированным врачом, в мой пакет было включено 3 приема врача и анализы, что очень редкий случай, хорошая лечебная база с современным оборудованием, доброжелательный персонал , в случае необходимости предоставит все, что нужно без задержек. Не большой отель, где каждый приходит на свое время и почти никогда нет очереди ,как в больших отелях. Уютно, спокойно я очень довольна своим прибывание :)) Еда очень вкусная .

A pleasant stay despite cold in the rooms. A nicely heated bathroom! Great wellness, bubble bath and massages, very responsive attendants. A swimming pool where we could spend ages. Fascinating catering and extremely helpful dinning room staff. Knowledge of Russian helpful.

Es war ein Wochenendtrip mit Bahnanreise. Die Taxifahrt vom Bahnhof zum Hotel ist wirklich bezahlbar ( 6,—€) Unser Zimmer war modern und sehr komfortabel. Die Qualität von Kopfkissen und Matratzen war vorzüglich. Das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, dass gleiche galt für das Angebot am Abend. Die Anwendungen waren gut abgestimmt und ließen Zeit für einen Stadtbummel. Ein kleines Manko war die nicht funktionierende Salzgrotte. Die Grotte selbst ist liebevoll ausgestattet, nur es happerte am Salznebel.

Excellent food and behavior of the staff, everything clean and nice. Very good and quiet position of the hotel in the spa resort, close parking places, even the amount is limited. Large selection of spa treatments, 24/7 availability of reception

Die Betten waren gut, das Zimmer sehr sauber und das Bad modern und funktionell eingerichtet. Das Essen war sehr gute tschechische Küche. Ein großes Lob an den Koch! Ebenso an den Service! Die Massagen und medizinischen Anwendungen werden sehr gut ausgeführt. Bad und Sauna sind o.k. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen.
