Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I was happy with the welcome coffee and other services. The cleanliness of the room, the service, the location, and the facilities were all good. There's nothing particularly good about any of them, but I feel like they're just one step away from being very good. If I were to be greedy, I wish I could watch YouTube or Hulu on the TV.
