Stay away (theft, bugs, bad food, no towels)
The issues of the hotel prohibitively encumber its beautiful views - and I will try to explain. The bed was more bouncy than a trampoline. Pool towels were regularly tattered or torn (if there were even towels available - on several occasions we stopped by the front desk for towels only to be told we were better off hanging on to our wet towels from the day before because there were zero on hand). Room towels were not replaced on one occasion when our room was turned over (they were dirty and folded but we weren’t sure whose was whose). Safety: The room attendants on several occasions left our back sliding door ajar (I think to prevent automatic A/C from running) - which was dangerous given that neighbors could access this sliding door by hopping over a low railing on either side of our balcony. This led a large spider and Praying Mantis to enter (which later molted and shed its skin on our floor - absolutely disgusting). Additionally, the room safe is accessed not via a pin code, but instead by your room key (what sense does this make if a key is compromised? None). Theft: My brother - who was staying a few doors down - had his tablet device stolen from his luggage which was closed on the morning of our departure. We had an early ferry and could only briefly relay the theft at the front desk during check out. We called later to follow up - manager sided with his staff “who had been with the hotel for years.” This hotel is clearly not safe nor customer first. Stay away.
