It seems like they do you a favor to let you play,
Instead of appreciate the guests,
Unprofessional ruling from the floor manger,
They ask you not to speak at any language besides English but they will speak Russian and Greek and Turkish and it is ok?!?!?

I went to a lot of hotels but i have never seen a restaurant like this so many options everything is freshly made. Everyday different types of foods. The staff is very welcoming and very friendly gave me information about the hotel and what i can do in the city

Karsilama berbat resepsiyonda Bilal bey kahvesini içmediği icin oldukça sevimsiz karşıladı bavullarimiz için bir belboy bile yoktu otel girişinde kenara bırakmak zorunda kaldık öğle yemeğinde bi corba içmek istedik ama domates çorbası na bir türlü kaşar peyniri bulunamadı müşteri ilişkilerindeki Açelya hanım durumu nekadar toparlamaya calissada olmadı otel değişikliği istediğimde otel bizden bir kahvaltı ve öğle yemeği için bir gecelik ücret talep etti bu yüzden bi gece konaklamak zorunda kaldık ve ertesi sabah oteli terk ettik tavırlarından ötürü bir özür dahi olmadı ne yazikki..üstelik otel ekilikten dökülüyor..

Dobrze wyposażony pokój, kilka elementów przestarzałych, pyszne jedzenie, woda w basenie za chłodna, temperatura w saunie za niska, na siłowni duszno i z niesprawną klimatyzacją. Obsługa recepcji i restauracji niezwykle miła i uprzejma. Piękny teren, na którym aż chce się spędzać czas. Wspaniałe miejsce, żeby oderwać się od rzeczywistości.
