Güzel bir tatil deneyimi
Konaklama yerine geldigimiz ilk andan son ana kadar çok ilgili davrandılar.aquapark ve havuz oldukça keyifli.Tam bir aile ortamı ile vakit geçiriyorsunuz.Havuzlarda cankurtaranlar yeterli ve dikkatliler.Yemekler oldukça lezzetliydi emeği geçenlere teşekkürler.Seneye tekrar görüşmek üzere.

Karasu’da gidilebilecek en iyi otel
Gittiğimizde odamız hazır olmadığı için yarım saat kadar bekletildik.Oda temiz ve yeteri kadar büyüktü.Personeli güleryüzlü ihtiyaçları kısa zamanda gideriyorlar.Açıkçası girişteki aksilik haricinde memnun kaldık.Yemekleri de lezzetli ve boldu.

Das Gute vorweg: Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Pool war schön allerdings wegen der extrem!!! lauten Partymusik leider unbenutzbar. Das abendliche Buffet war absolut ok. Der Zustand des Zimmers allerdings „sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig“ -＞ eine Grundsanierung längst überfällig.

Kocaeliden 3 çocuğumla gittiğim otelden odaya girdiğimiz gibi terk etmemiz bir oldu bebeğimiz için lavaboları açmamızla birlikte çeşmelerden deniz kumu akmaya başladı resepsiyona sorduğumda su kesintisi ile alakalı olduğu söylendi ama yarım saat su akıttık kum gelmeye devam etti.. yataklar küf içindeydi.bakımcı arkadaşı gönderdiklerinde bu kum neden geldi diye sorduğumda bana kuyu suyu olduğunu söyledi!!! Resepsiyondaki arkadaşa sorsak şebeke suyu diyor böyle bir rezikllik görmedim , üstüne birde demezlermi havuzdaki suda deniz suyu!!! Tatilsepetini arayıp rezervasyonu iptal ettirdim hemen ordan ayrıldım . Şimdi soruyorum yetkililere bu kuyu suyu ile ben çocuklarımı nasıl yıkayabilirim.. hastalandıklarında bunun sorumluluğunu alabilecekmisiniz ??

Kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel hijyen temizlik harika yemekler çok lezzetli çalışanların hepsi çok güler yüzlü özellikle animasyon ekibinden Ebrar Hanım İlayda Hanım ve Meryem hanım hepsi çok iyi çok güler yüzlüler çocuklarla iletişimleri çok iyi sürekli etkinlikler eğlenceler düzenliyorlar insanın canı sıkılmıyor onlar sayesinde kısacası çok mutlu kaldık herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum
