Wir haben die Unterkunft wegen der nähe zu den Hobbiton Film-Studios gebucht.
Wunderschöne Lage mitten in der Natur. Eigentümer sin ein ältere Paar. Leider haben wir den Hausherrn nicht kennengelernt.
Die Hausherrin ist eine sehr nette Dame und hat uns sehr nett willkommen Geheisen und uns alles gezeigt.
Wir waren leider nur eine nacht gaste bei Ihnen aber selbst die war sehr schön.

The hotel is far from town centre, located near a farm, very quiet, it is new renovated, facilities are enough. Place is clean. We can see the cows from the window of kitchen. If you like silence, it is a good place for you.

Also, there is no air conditioning. It will be very hot during the day, but it will be cool as soon as the sun sets. We didn't stay for a long time during the day, so it was okay.
The landlord couple is very enthusiastic and put books for children to read. They are very thoughtful.
