Aston Anyer Beach Hotel

Very satisfied with the facilities and services at the Aston Hotel. The only minus is that there is no tap for ablution in the bathroom, Usually in the hotel toilets that I have visited there is a shower and a tap. Hopefully it will be fixed later, thanks Oh yes, for the Japanese breakfast menu, the Japanese food is a bit lacking, the chicken tastes like stew hehe The rest is very good! 😍😍😍

For breakfast, there are several menus you should pay attention to: 1. The fritters are cold and hard (recommend frying them so the product quality is maintained) 2. The menu is less varied (chef, please make the New New menu the best) 3. The place to get a drink is very far away (suggestion is there are 2 points so take a drink and it doesn't pile up on one side) 4. A variety of fruit in moderation (please pay attention if there is fruit that is not fresh, don't serve it, pay attention to QC) I like this hotel, it's clean, it has a beach view, and it has its own beach. If there is any luck for this hotel, suggestions for parking the car, please at least have a canopy. Currently the car is dirty because of bird droppings, and for crossing people: from the parking lot to the lobby, please provide a traffic light with at least 2 yellow lights so other vehicles are more alert because of that. sharp turns and fast lanes, suggestions for making a mini zoo so that children feel more at home and adding games to play

I have stayed at this place several times, maybe this latest experience was not the best, maybe with a higher price rate than usual, I had too high expectations, starting from the check-in time when I was initially informed that I could enter at 14.00 but in reality it was more than at 14.30 I couldn't enter the room yet, to prepare compliments in the room it wasn't fully ready when the guests entered, the Aquavillas room was satisfactory as usual, but there was less privacy because there were several anglers who were across from the room... then in the morning around 5.30 it turned out Almost all the street lights in the hotel area are turned off, including in the Aquavillas area, so it's a bit dangerous if you have to walk on the bridge when it's raining like yesterday. Apart from the compliments you receive as usual when staying at Aquavillas, the next less pleasant experience is the floating breakfast which had an incident of excess. the portion was taken back by the staff, which at first I thought was a bonus because of the special rate, it's really unethical to take food that has been given to guests... However, the plus point is that the hotel can provide wheelchairs for my parents who need them during their stay. With the latest experience yesterday, this is a big consideration for me if I have to stay again at a special/higher rate, lowering my expectations so that I won't be disappointed again...
