1.服務非常差；前台坐兩個女孩子，一個摳指甲，一個翹着二郎腿玩手機，多問她們幾個問題就翻白眼；2.洗衣機非常不好用，上筒下筒無法同時使用，沒有使用説明，每個來洗衣服的人都對着洗衣機操作一番，我的衣服洗了一個晚上；3.其他設施還行，早餐希望用心一點！
