優點:地理位置優越，交通方便，停車便利，衞生乾淨，設施完善，周邊一個紅綠燈餐廳、超市、葯店。
缺點:典型的國企招待所，態度冷漠
無法忍受點:保潔大姐缺乏應有的培訓，大聲聊天，不敲門刷卡開門打掃，從早上9:30就在你房間左右隔壁和對門叮鈴咣噹的折騰到12:30退房，打掃衞生關上門不行麼，抄家似的，吵得實在睡不成。
