موقع المنتجع في قلب الطبيعه والفلل من الخارج جميلة والممرات جميلة , لكن الخدمة سيئة والمنتجع مرتفع السعر , وبعيد عن الخدمات , ولا يوجد اي محل لبيع المواد الغذائية او المشروبات داخل المنتجع او قريب من المنتجع !!.. تأخر تسليم الفيلا أعتقد لو يكون في خدمات اكثر وتطوير للمكان سيكون رائع جداً بحكم المكان في وسط الغابه

horrible service staff not friendly when we complained about leakage in toilet they say it’s our problem and they promised us that every day they will clean the room but they dint do it and no restaurants nothing here

We rented a house for 12. The house was cold, the rooms were dirty, the shower was leaking. They told there would be a free a transfer to the ski lift. It was not free. The shower robes had holes in them. The reception was not responding. Awful 😞😞😞
