We have been to quite a few 5 star all inclusive resorts, I would say our stay at Letoonia was average. The staff seemed to hate their jobs, and were far from friendly. It felt like an inconvenience to ask for drinks at the bars and when we checked out we weren’t even asked how our stay was etc. I also asked for a non alcoholic cocktail at the sunset adults only bar due to being pregnant and was just told ‘no we don’t do them’ with no offers of any other drinks, I’m not sure if the staff are treated badly by management etc but they all seemed unhappy. However the staff at the Italian restaurant were the opposite, so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us so huge credit to them for being so different to everyone else! The positives is you don’t have to fight for sunbeds, the resort is huge with loads of things to do and the rooms were clean. I definitely wouldn’t rush back, and if you’re looking for a nice 5 star I wouldn’t recommend here, the service was just poor and not what you pay for.

Hotel is a bit old, but everything works perfectly. Staff amazing. When i say amazing they seem to love what they are doing and they are happy which makes you feel happy and in the mood all the time. Food is really good, numerous kid’s activities and the kids are happy. The sea is clean. Special thanks to art teachers (marbling and pottery) in the premises for their patience and sympathy they spent during all the visits we had to their pretty art center. I could feel the years of experience in management in this hotel. Thanks for all…

Balayımız için tercih ettiğimiz Club Hotel Letoonia Fethiye’den büyük bir memnuniyetle ayrılıyoruz. Otelin doğası, hizmet kalitesi ve ambiyansı gerçekten harikaydı. Özellikle Chopstix Asya A’la Carte restoranında geçirdiğimiz akşam, tatilimizin en özel anlarından biriydi. Lezzetler çok özenli ve taptazeydi. Bu güzel akşamda bizimle ilgilenen Bülent Bey ve Emirhan Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Güler yüzleri, profesyonellikleri ve samimi yaklaşımları sayesinde kendimizi çok özel hissettik. Balayı için tercih ettiğimiz otelde balayı konsepti bizi çok memnun etti özellikle deniz ürünlerini çok severim Dolphin ala carte restaurantta Bülent bey ve ekibine çok teşekkür ederiz yediğim her şey çok lezzetliydi otel olarak plaj olanağı fazla olduğu için yer sıkıntısı hiç olmuyor ayrıca denediğim kokteyllerin sahibi Mahmut bey de adeta önceden kokteyl içmiyormuşum dedirtti :) kaliteli bir otel olduğunu da es geçemeyeceğim .

Pool area not being cleaned for 4 days, I reported it 4 times. Pool area not been hosed down, tissue and cardboard round the outside of pool. The fourth time of reporting this I asked for the manager to come and look. A cleaner did eventually come and sweep it up but still not hosed down. I was told this gets done twice a day. This is definitely not 5 star cleaning.
