酒店離棉花堡很近，就是典型的旅遊度假酒店，出了酒店門就是荒郊野外。 酒店應該是以接團為主 含早晚餐，能吃飽，特難吃那種。 泳池還可以。

房间夠大，乾净。泳池超正，仲有土耳其按摩服务。早上10点到，早到了，竟然立即安排到房间。我二時先退房，也不收加钟费用。忍不住给了100人仔贴士。100分，满分的酒店。

酒店環境舒適宜人，空氣清新，游泳池是特色，主打度假休閑！早晚餐還是比較豐富，對於在棉花堡小鎮來説，這家酒店的整理設施、環境和服務屬於小鎮裏算非常好的.這裏的服務員淳樸，在這要特別感謝Hasibe女士和酒店裡的甜點師們，感謝Hasibe熱心幫助我們在酒店裡為小朋友預訂了生日蛋糕。感謝酒店裡的甜點師給小朋友製作了精美的生日蛋糕。因為小鎮離Denizli 市區近30公里，交通不是很便利，訂蛋糕不是很容易的事情。

The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, with a wide variety of options.

The hotel has poor soundproofing and very average service. I don't know if other hotels in Pamukkale are basically like this. Eating is like a big market. The hot spring feels okay, just like a domestic bathhouse. I experienced a sauna, but the temperature was not high. I lost a pair of swimming trunks and couldn't find it the next day. The price is actually not low, about the same as the Marriott in Izmir, but the service facilities are really very average.

This hotel is specially for receiving tour groups, and the soundproofing of the room is very poor. The worst thing is the hotel's spa, which is not managed by the hotel, but subcontracted to another company. I paid for a Turkish bath, and when I paid, the front desk said nothing, and sent someone to me after collecting the money. The one who bathed me was a Nepalese girl, and her English was also good. We started chatting happily. After she smeared mud on me and covered me with a blanket, she said she would wait for 10 minutes before bathing me, but after 1 minute, a couple came in with a male and a female masseur, and also started bathing. After a while, another man came in with a male masseur. I was very unhappy, and I told my masseur on the spot that if you want to do this, you need to tell me in advance, and if I can accept this situation, then bathe, if I can't accept it, then don't bathe, instead of saying that men and women are mixed without telling each other. Now this situation makes me very uncomfortable, and finally she wrapped me in a blanket and went to another room to bathe. I would also like to add that the front desk clerk who received me spoke good English. That is to say, even though they were fully capable of expressing the matter, they chose to conceal it and tricked me into having it washed. This was very excessive!
