我住過的最差酒店，沒有之一，池子不通，洗髮液居然是對了水的，還不是這家酒店品牌，估計是在外面垃圾箱撿的，最差的早餐，最差的健身房。棉花堡這邊據説都這樣，讓人大跌眼鏡。

19 Temmuz 2025 akşamı düğünümüzden sonra kalmak için jakuzili bir oda olsun istedik ve Denizli Polat Thermal Hotel'den balayı süiti ayırttık. Odamıza geldik, jakuziyi doldurduk ve sonrasında kocaman bir hamam böceği dolaşmaya başladı. Sonrasında görevliler böceği alıp, odamızı değiştirdiler fakat diğer odada da sıcak su yoktu. Böceğin fotoğraflarını paylaşıyorum. Odanızı ayırtırken +1 kişiye hazırlıklı olun. Sabah check-out yaparken bir özür bile dilemediler.

Not a great experience at the Polat. Rooms tired and scruffy. Bathroom very poor. Air-conditioning noisey and ineffective. Cold food okay, hot food cold! Bar prices very expensive Sunbeds around the pool covered in dust. Fortunately we only stayed one night. 2 star at best If your tour operator puts this hotel on your itinerary tell them to change it for something better

Worst hotel I've stayed in on our trip around Turkey. Don't be fooled by the lavish reception area. Room was smelly, air con warmed the room., no safe , plug didn't fit in bath, toilet continuously flushed, no shower gel, food cold ( even the food they brought straight from the kitchen) all pool lounges were covered in sand dust , drinks very expensive. Should no way be 5*, maybe 2* at the most!! Rebook somewhere else if you have the chance.

Camera squallida, sporchissima e in pessime condizioni. Ho trovato ciuffi di capelli e batuffoli di polvere per terra, peli e macchie sulle lenzuola, il porta rotolo in bagno si è staccato non appena l'ho sfiorato, il doccino dellq vasca da bagno e la maniglia della porta completamente scrostati. Che schifo! Pessimo!

Difícil descrever tamanhos horrores deste Hotel, desde a recepção que uma pessoa corre com suas malas e outro vem lhe oferecer serviços extras sem nenhum tato. Corremos para alcançar o homem com as malas e percorremos um corredor sem luz. No caminho panos segurando a água da chuva que entrava pelas infiltrações. Quarto com limpeza duvidosa, conforme foto da janela e sola do meu chinelo que só usei neste hotel por alguns minutos. Não pude lavar a cabeça pois teria que segurar o chuveiro que não parava fixo no aparato. Para completar a falta de capricho e consideração com os hóspedes no jantar uma multidão incabível de pessoas vindas de excursões, como nós, que parecia mais uma feira livre. Toalhas sujas, sem asseio. As 21h horário de término, foram apagando as luzes enquanto algumas pessoas ainda comiam. Não bastando o show de horrores a cama de PESSIMA QUALIDADE, mais parecia uma tábua de madeira e um travesseiro absurdamente horrível. NUNCA NA VIDA ESTIVE NUM HOTEL ASSIM. Prefira mil vezes um acampamento!
