We thank the staff for their interest. The facility has been revised, especially the pools are clean and the thermal facilities are quite nice... The rooms are also clean and useful... The food is diverse and has many options... Half board + tea time was also good... My one criticism would be if drinking water was provided free of charge at other times. 500 cc water per person in the mini bar is insufficient... In general, a nice 5* hotel where you can stay with your family...

It's so bad. If I couldn't find a place at night, I definitely wouldn't want to stay here. It probably feels like a nursing home party. I rated it five stars, but it should actually be two stars. Not only did the concierge not help us with the luggage, he even left without delivering it to the door of the room. Disposable utensils were missing in the room. It was said to be a hot spring hotel and bathing was not allowed in the room. It's probably a place where old folks from the countryside gather to have fun. We included a buffet, walked around for a while and then left without eating.

A complete disgust, thermal pools out of 4 officially work one, of the usual pools only heated to the temperature of the soup inside.

This is not a five star resort. There is no elevator for a multistory building. The food in the buffet is unappetizing. Our non smoking room smelled of smoke when we returned from dinner. We spoke to the front desk and their solution was to spray air freshener. We waited 30 minutes for this solution. The only functioning pool was the main pool. The outdoor thermal pool was full of debris and moss. The indoor pool was drained and closed. The spa is a joke. The face rest for a massage was very uncomfortable and the therapist was unable to fix it. No relaxation area. Save your money and book somewhere else!
