Öncelikle yıllarca turizm sektöründe yöneticilik yapmış ve bir çok termal otel gezmiş biri olarak. Otel yenilenmiş genel alanlar havuzlar hamam sauna restoran lobby pırıl pırıl lakin termallerin bulunduğu hem bahçe hem kapalı havuzun genel temizlik ve bakımı yapılmalı ve havuz görevlileri olmalı. Restoran hizmeti oldukça geniş muhakkak zevkinize uygun birşeyler bulacaksınız. Çay saati dışında yemek saatleri dahil çay kahve suyun ücretli olması olumsuz yönleri. Resepsiyonda görevli arkadaşlar oldukça nazik ve profesyonel. 3 yetişkin konaklamamız için bize upgrade yapıp standart odadan delux odaya ücretsiz geçişimizi sağladılar. Herşey için teşekkürler tekrar gelmek isteriz...

Personelin ilgisine teşekkür ederiz. Tesiste revizyon yapılmış özellikle havuzlar temiz ve termal olanakları oldukça güzel... Odalar da temiz ve kullanışlı... Yemekler çeşitli ve seçenekler fazla...Yarım pansiyon + çay saati de iyiydi... Bir eleştirim içme suyu, diğer saatlerde de ücretsiz olarak verilse iyi olurdu..Mini barda kişi başına 500 cc su yetersiz...Genel olarak aile ile kalınabilecek güzel bir 5* otel...

太差了，要不是晚上找不到地方，絕對不想住這裏。大概就是養老院聚會的感覺，自己標五星，實際上應該就是兩星水平。禮賓帶路不光沒有幫拿行李，甚至都沒有送到房間門口就走了。屋裡一次性器具缺失，説是温泉酒店，屋裡都不能泡澡。估計就是鄉下老頭聚會土嗨的地方。包自助餐，去轉了一圈沒吃就走了。

Полный отврат, бассейны термальные из 4 работает официально один, из обычных бассейнов только подогреваемый до температуры супа внутри.
Еда ужасная!
И это не пятерка, конечно же)
И не курорт… никто не несет никакой ответственности за ваше здоровье.
