I am so shocked at the treatment we were given by the hotel, being moved from the hotel to the blooming suites, the hotel staff treated our team badly, the hotels operations teams and reservation teams are pathetic in terms of their communication. we felt degraded and worthless, some of the hotel staff are soo mean. The reservations and operations team should work on their communication and customer handling. After causing inconveniences to customers make up for it. I will not recommend the hotel again to anyone based on the treatment we got.

Hotel with best scenery in Naivasha and a close up contact with hippos.Ramadhan the guy in charge of hippos feeding is amazing.he tells the hippos to open their mouth and they do.that was amazing.we got rooms in new building and the rooms were awesome.thank you Jackie for the booking and allocating such good rooms.LNR is a place where you can never be bored.so many co-curicullar activities here-tabletennis,pool table and many indoor games.swimming pools are big and clean but just require solar to be warm.coming to the meals now.variety isn't much as compared to SOPA and Sarova but taste is good though the chicken served at lunch and dinner was too dry and didn't look freshly cooked.desserts were all cakes but very delicious.overall we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to another trip to LNR.

Huge, ostentatious building on the shore of Lake Naivasha Service is extremely slow. Not all wine available as stated on the wine list Took ages to pay for lunch which was OK - fish with head, eyes and all In the end I went to the front desk where there was a machine to pay by card. The restaurant could not find one The BEST bit was the boat ride with a very knowledgeable boat man called Samson. Highly recommend him. Price of boat ride was extremely reasonable We were there in 2919 - service has not improved

Well,our experience for the Christmas day 2024 lunch was underwhelming to say the least. We had booked 3 weeks in advance,requested for a table of 11. We had children with us. Come that day, apparently our table had been given out. We were directed to sit under a tree. The staff was clearly overwhelmed. The service was terrible. The hotel clearly bit off more than they could chew. The experience wasn't worth the amount we paid for. The hotel needs to do better for future holiday lunches.

This was my first time at the Lake Naivasha Resort December 15th - 17th December 2024 1. Rooms - They were well ventilated, clean and we had hot water through out our stay. 2. Boat ride to Crescent island was amazing 3. Staff were polite and and very professional 4.Wifi was good through out the hotel even in the rooms 5. Food was good and there was variety 6. The grounds are good and Will be back

My 3rd stay at the resort and it was a really delightful experience for the 4 days we spent at the beautiful Resort. Special mention to the team below: 1. Brenda- her patience and prompt response to WhatsApp is unmatched. 2. Housekeeping-Ann and Evelyn at Petunia. Really good job! 3. The gentleman who was at the mbuzi choma stand 4. Those who cooked chapati on 26th December at lunchtime .....ahhh zilidonjo!!! All in all....we enjoyed our stay and we look forward to our next trip.

The pictures of the hotel are not what to expect. The hotel is rundown and needs a refurbishment. The gym is poor and the bathrooms in the common spaces and bedrooms need a lot more than a bit of paint. The resort has set itself up for conferences and not for tourists that have come to relax at a pool with mix of excursions. There are no sun loungers available as they are all broken so they offered chairs instead, hardly a suitable alternative. I complained at the reception however the receptionist told me there was nothing should could do for me and asked why I didn't tell the lifeguard. Every night there is buffet however one evening my partner and i asked the waiter if we could have a la carte and she told us that would take 45 minutes but was possible. I will certainly never be returning.

The security at the gate would make you think that you are in for an excellent experience but the the plastic plates, melamine cups, inattentive nature of the staff will leave you with a bitter taste. The food leaves a lot to be desired with their overbooked halls and few serving points relative to clientele a nightmare.
