The hotel receptionist is very friendly and nice. There is breakfast every morning, and if they know you have a tour, there will be a morning call service. The room is spacious and has heating, a bathroom with a bathtub, and the room I booked is a deluxe suite. The bathtub has a massage function. Suitable for couples vacation

The room was nice with everything we needed.
The lady who owns it was very kind.
Access to Goreme is inconvenient because there is only one bus per hour, but it was good that it was close to the bus stop.

I got this room through a package I bought from a travel agency. It included breakfast and supper which had a home made taste (really good). The room has a good space (around 40 sqr mts) and it is located at the 3rd floor (steps are a bit steep). The bathroom has a jacuzzi. Staff were great with us. The location of the hotel, probably not the greatest to see the ballons at the sunrise. Downtown is around 10 mins walking distance from the hotel.

El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado. A pocas cuadras del centro. La habitación era muy bonita, con su estilo de cueva al igual que el baño. Estuvimos 3 noches. La vista era hermosa y tenía una terraza muy bella. Pero a tener en cuenta que son varias escaleras para llegar a la habitación. En nuestro caso, además el baño tenía unos escalones, a tener en cuenta por las noches no levantarse a oscuras. Recomendaría colocar los soportes correspondientes a las toallas ya que no había donde colgarlas. El desayuno estaba en el último piso, muy rico, con omelette y papitas preparados en el momento. No recuerdo el nombre de la persona que se encargaba de atendernos en el desayuno pero todo muy rico, también unas tortas que preparó, estaban muy buenas . Nos gustó mucho el hotel y volveríamos
